PEACHY SALAD
serves 2
2 peaches sliced
2 ripe tomatoes sliced
1 cucumber sliced
1 handful fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice / some lemon zest
1/4 cup olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper and some salt.
ENJOY.
Add some fresh fruit, mint and ice cubes to your water.
