She is dedicated to helping women take care of their bodies through their diet and lifestyle choices. Danielle creates healthy, plant-based vegan recipes which are super simple but delicious!
After becoming a college graduate, Danielle continued to study nutrition. It was through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she graduated and became qualified as a holistic health coach. Danielle works closely with her clients to provide an individualised 3-month program to transform their health with her guidance and knowledge. She also offers one-on-one sessions and a 14 day meal plan for those looking for a smaller investment. The plan includes quick and easy recipes, snack ideas and is 100% plant based.
Danielle believes that diet should focus on nourishment, energy and wellness in comparison to having an unhealthy relationship with food and following fad diets. She also believes we should eat to fuel our bodies and loves a detoxifying green juice recipe!
