Meet Cheryl Eisen, a New York-based luxury home stager, @img_nyc celebrity interior designer, founder, and president of Interior Marketing Group Inc. Eisen has created a successful career and business out of staging luxury homes to increase their market desirability.
Eisen, who has always had a knack for entrepreneurship, began her career by starting her own C-level headhunting company called FindNetwork when she was 24. However, after the dotcom bubble burst, Einsen’s headhunting business flamed out, and she had to start over in another career.
Soon enough, Einsen began her career as a real estate agent in New York. However, Eisen wasn’t just selling homes, she was staging her listings to give her an edge over other realtors. Back then, staging homes was a novel art form, and very few people were doing it. Eisen discovered that she had a niche for creating dream homes that people want to live in.
As she became more successful, other brokers and realtors began requesting her to stage their listings. Eventually, staging became her main focus, and soon enough, she stopped selling real estate altogether and was only staging homes. She then decided to turn her new calling into a business and founded Interior Marketting Group Inc, a company that carries out interior design, staging, and marketing luxury homes.
Eisen has poured her heart and soul into staging luxury homes and help people envision themselves living their dream lives in the space. Her classic and neutral aesthetic overlapped with layers of texture and outsize artwork has made her and her business a formidable force in New York’s luxury real estate.
