Isabella Strautmann Health Coach Advises Women on Improving Wellness

Meet Isabella Strautmann a certified health coach and founder of the Health Beauty Project and @izzyswellness. Isabella is passionate about improving womens overall health and promoting wellbeing from the inside out. Her brand aims to connect health-conscious people with the correct resources, recipes and coaching services. Isabella has grown up surrounded by food lovers and enjoys experimenting with ingredients and taste.
